KRIOL KINGS

After concerts abroad, in Lisbon and at the MEO Sudoeste Festival, it's now Djodje and Nelson Freitas' turn to present the Kriol Kings project in Porto.

Kriol Kings is the result of the meeting of two of the biggest names in music from the Portuguese-speaking world: Djodje and Nelson Freitas. Today, it's hard to talk about this music that spreads from Portuguese-speaking countries to the whole world without mentioning the contribution made by Nelson Freitas, with his marriage between Cape Verdean zouk and R&B. Songs like "Miúda Linda", "Bo Tem Mel" or "Break of Dawn", with Richie Campbell, are smash hits. Cape Verdean Djodje, meanwhile, is another name who has gone from Cape Verde to the world, conquering a vast legion of fans thanks to songs such as "Não Vai", "Dói Demais", "Vamos Fugir", with Cuca Roseta, or "A Fila Anda", with Jimmy P. The combination of these two names could only result in an unmissable concert, full of hits and truly contagious African rhythms.

This luxurious duo performs on November 30 in Porto, at the Super Bock Arena - Pavilhão Rosa Mota.
